Shake and Quake Lab
Today students were working in teams to create seismic safe structures. They first were required to create a blue print of a two story structure. Students then began building using marshmallows and toothpicks. The final test was to place the structure on jello and simulate primary and secondary waves. They had a blast!!

Seismic Wave Slinky lab
Today we worked in our lab groups creating and timing primary and secondary waves using a slinky and stop watches.
